Returns & Refunds


If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from date of invoice contained within delivery for a refund* (excluding delivery charges).

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to the address specified below.

You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.

All returns must be reported to prior to returning.

Please be aware that the responsibility for the condition in which the products that are returned, is the customers sole responsibility.

If the Genuine Seat boxes are damaged, have been written on, had labels stuck to them, or anything else that would mean we could not put them back on the shelf for re-sale, we would not accept them back. Clear Tape must be used in re-sealing any Genuine Seat Box. Any items returned in a non-satisfactory condition will be rejected, on the basis of diminished value.

The following items are exempt from our returns policy:

  • Custom Painted Items
  • Electrical Items
  • Special Order Items

This does not affect your statutory rights.


We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received and quality checked by our warehouse.

This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.

A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.


Should you wish to cancel your order before delivery, this must be reported to before 3pm on the date of the original order and must contain your full name, delivery address and order number.


Should you wish to make a complaint, this must be reported via using the email address when prompted.
