First of all I gave the wrong registration number but I was contacted swiftly and politely to rectify that.

When the phone holder came it was really well packaged, rolled inside some spare cardboard which was taped very well at each end to stop it falling out. Then on top of that well cushioned by a plastic envelope to prevent any water ingress or damage.

The part itself fit perfectly in my 2018 Up. My Samsung 21 Ultra only just about fits (but it holds well using the widest side setting and two clicks down at the top) so I wouldn't recommend the part for any larger phones
